The Good Shepherds Movement appreciates in-depth research such as on these sites. We recognise the efforts that have been put in by our brothers and sisters when compiling this work. In our bid to win the friendship of individuals and nations we as Biafran people or nationalists should be pragmatic and diplomatic.

There is a need now for us to begin to ask ourselves serious questions such as: why is it that Biafrans are Christians, projecting a Western outlook and cultured with democratic principles, yet most Western governments were not in support of Biafra.

We do not believe that it is a good idea to continuously deny that there is something strategically wrong in our approach and posture to win the friendship of people and nations that should have been traditionally our allies. A sincere and open debate to what went wrong between the West's and Biafra's relationship should be discussed and mistakes corrected, so that they will not happen again.
