The Good Shepherds Movement (GSM) is a progressive, non-violent and non-tribal voluntary organisation. Our organisation is a pro-Biafran movement that recognises Biafra as an ancient landmark that should be restored for the benefit of all the tribes and ethnic groups in the region. Please follow the link for Biblical proof for not changing landmarks:biblegateway.com
We as a movement will strive to remove tribe and personal enrichment as a motive for the restoration of Biafra. Please follow link to see an ancient map of Biafra showing that Biafra is after the Rivers of Cush, (Cush being the ancient name for Ethiopia) See how far Ethiopia spreads to Biafra on the map : MAP AFRICA
As the Good Shepherds Movement we stake our claim for Biafra from the word of God and we firmly believe that the reference made by Zephaniah (the Prophet,) in Chapter 3: verse 9-20, Bible Gateway 1
specifically refers to what is to happen in the future concerning the Biafran people and the Biafran Nation. It has to be noted that Cush was one of the four sons of Noah, who founded Ethiopia and beyond the Rivers of Cush is where we state categorically (as in Zephaniah 3) that some of the Remnants of Israel can be located. Please follow the link for reference to this: La Vista Church of GodIt is our belief that individuals and organisations should not use Biafra to stir up tribal sentiments, religious hatred, political discord, aggression and wars. Biafra is a spiritual statement and has been divinely planned for restoration by God himself. (Ref: Ezekiel, Ch 37: verse 15 - 28).
